Apple is an absolute disgrace. We may be regarded by the States as a third world country but we sure as hell don't have third world mentality. For people that claim to be the market leaders in technology you have no idea on what the South African market is all about when it comes to iPhones. We were expecting the devices to be in full circulation by December 14th. It appears that the amount available at the time was paltry. Now the news is that it was scheduled to be here on the 22nd. Whilst you continue to disappoint your clients with you inefficiency the iPhone 5s is touted to be launched in June 2013. It's a disgrace. Whilst your product is brilliant your contempt for your clients is disgusting. Love the product hate the service. You claim that Samsung stole your ideas perhaps you should take a marketing lesson from them.

Ample stock, What a joke. My left testicle has more stock than Apple has iPhone 5's in SA and I have had a vasectomy.
I have owned every single iPhone launched but since this has happened I will move in a heartbeat if there was an inequivalent. All we ask is for some decent communication from someone to tell us what is happening. I have held off on both my phone upgrades for this since October and when December came and went I got a bit peeved.
While in Europe over Christmas there were iPhone 5's everywhere (Italy, Netherlands, UK & France) so it doesn't look like much of a world wide shortage to me so it would be great if someone would explain!!!
Yours truthfully,
Rotten Apple
